Introduction

Ingredients

    6 chicken thighs or 3 chicken breasts
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1/2 C Ketchup
    1/4 C apple cider vinegar
    1/4 C brown sugar
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add chicken thighs. Boil until cooked through. Drain and rinse off chicken thighs. Refrigerate.

Saute onions in butter until soft and slightly caramelized. Add all other ingredients and simmer until thickened.

Shred chicken. Add to BBQ sauce. Heat through. Serves 3-4.
