Introduction

Great side dish. I put in 1 tbsp serving. That's what i usually eat. Great side dish. I put in 1 tbsp serving. That's what i usually eat.

Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1 onion chopped
    6 sliced red peppers
    3 Tbsp red wine vinager
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2/3 cup sugar

Directions

Cook in oil the onion till soft. Add the peppers, vinager, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and cook for about 1 hour stirring once in a while.
Put in hot sterilised bottles or keep in the fridg. Keeps a long time because of the vinager.
Great with meat and lots more
