Ingredients

    32 oz fat free chicken broth
    meat of 1 rotisserie chicken (no skin)
    1-2 cups carrots
    1 cup celery
    1/2 white onion
    1 cup mushrooms
    1 bag frozen egg noodles (thin)

Directions

add chopped veggies to broth add 2 cups water and bring to boil. Add chicken and noodles and salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles according to package.
