Ingredients

    5 cups of black beans, cooked
    1 can red kidney beans
    12 ounces of ground turkey
    16 ounces of frozen corn
    3 Tbsp chicken boullion granules
    cumin
    ground ginger
    ground cloves
    ground sage

Directions

Cook black beans per directions. Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.

    Not enough meat in this stew and other than the chicken bouillon granules there isn't anything for taste. Needs more spice too. - 10/13/10
