Number of Servings: 8


    5 cups of black beans, cooked
    1 can red kidney beans
    12 ounces of ground turkey
    16 ounces of frozen corn
    3 Tbsp chicken boullion granules
    ground ginger
    ground cloves
    ground sage


Cook black beans per directions. Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
