Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 egg
    1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    garlic and basil to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Form mixture into a loaf shape or 4 small loaves. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
