Introduction

Ingredients

    bridgeford frozen ready bake bread, white., 24 serving (remove)
    Mama Mary's Pizza Sauce (1/4 cup), 2 serving (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)

Directions

Thaw and punch down one loaf of Bridgeford Frozen dough.
Let it Rise one more time in a bowl.
Punch down and roll out on oiled and floured pizza stone or tin.
Cut one Sweet Red Pepper into long strips.
Cut 1/2 onion into rings.
Remove the Turkey meat from the skin.
Sautee Red Pepper and onion foe 3 min. in microwave.
In a separate microwave dish crumble and brown Italian Turkey Sausage.
Make holes with a fork on rolled out Pizza dough.
Partially bake the pizza dough approxiamately 10 minutes.(at 350 degrees.)
Ends will be a light golden brown.

Take partially baked Pizza dough out ot the oven .
Turn oven up to 425 degrees.
Spread 1/2 cup of Momma Mary's Pizza Sauce on top.
Add 4 ounces of Part skim Mozzerella Cheese.
Top evenly with Sauteed veggies and Browned Turkey meat.
Bake for 10 more minutes. (at 425 degrees)
