Ingredients

    18 oz flank steak cut into 6 serving piece
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 small onion sliced
    1/2 red and yellow pepper sliced
    1 1/2 cups sliced mushroom
    1 TBLSP chili powder or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

brown both sides of steak in pan heated with olive oil

remove and place in casserole dish to the pan add the veggies and saute til tender crisp add tomatoe sauce and seasonings pour over steak and bake in oven 350 degrees for 30-40 min
