    2 cans of cream corn
    2eggs
    8 oz of sour cream
    1 box of jiffy corn bread mix
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingred... together in a large bowl. Pour into a casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
