Introduction

You can use this as a taco sauce as well. Its mild the way its presented substitute in 1-2 TB Chipotle chili powder for the chili powder for a bit more of a kick. Ingredients

    2 cups tomato sauce
    3 c water
    1/4 Tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    3 Tb Chili Powder (for a very mild sauce or for a bit more of a kick use 1.5 TB chipotle chili powder)
    4 TB cornstarch

Directions

add all ingredients except cornstarch to pot, mix cornstarch with a bit of water to dissolve it. Add cornstarch mixture to sauce and bring to boil, let simmer for about 15 min to thicken.
Makes about 5 c of sauce.
