Ingredients

    1 package Kikkoman Sweet and Sour Sauce Mix
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 Tbsp Cornstarch
    1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    1 pound lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
    2 carrots or a handful of baby carrots cut into thin slices
    1 onion, chunked
    1 green bell pepper, chunked
    1 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

Dissolve mix in vinegar and 3/4 cup water, set aside. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce; stir in pork until well coated. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat; add pork. Stir-fry until golden brown. Add 1/4 cup water; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in carrots, onion and pepper with sweet and sour mixture. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered , 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add pineapple: cook and stir until heated through. serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
