Ingredients

    1 lb round steak,cut into 1/8"x2" strips
    1 med onion,sliced
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    6-7 cups water
    6 tsp beef bouillon
    4 med potatoes cut into 1"x1" pieces
    2 cups baby carrots
    6 oz Home style noodles

Directions

Brown steak strips; add next 5 ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
Add potatoes and carrots simmer 15 more minutes.
Add noodles and more water if needed and cook till noodles are done

May substitute 1 to 2 lbs chicken and chicken bouillon to
make Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup
Makes 8-10 1cup servings
