Ingredients

    3 small whole wheat tea rolls
    2 slices each: ham, chicken, roast beef deli meat
    1 1/2 oz 2% milk cheddar or colby, cut into six slices
    1 tsp mayo
    spicy brown mustard
    lettuce and tomato

Directions

Split tea rolls and spread mayo and mustard on each roll. Add two thin slices of cheese and one variety of meat to each roll. Top with lettuce and tomato.
