    Very Good
Very tasty and creamy- even when made with skim instead of 2%. I found that the bacon gease wasn't quite enough to cook the potatoes in, so I added a smidge of Canola oil, and a bit of water so that the potatoes didn't burn. Servings are small- so eat a salad first! - 4/11/11
