Ingredients

16 ounces Shrimp
2 Tsp Steak Seasoning
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Large, onion, sliced
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 C. Frozen Peas
1 Bunch Cilantro, dices
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce diced
1 Cup Cashew Nuts, unsalted
1 Yellow Peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Cups Water Chestnuts, Sliced
Directions
1. In large skillet brown shrimp in cooking spray - sprinkle with steak seasoning. Pour soy sauce and toss.
2. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic. Cook 3 minutes.
4. Add cumin, chipotle peppers, frozen peas, water chestnuts, and honey. Stir. Let cook another 3-5 mins.
5. Add cilantro and maple syrup.
6. Turn off heat and toss in cashews.
