Ingredients

    * Ground Turkey, 1.25 lb raw
    * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
    * Turnips, 2 cup, grated
    * nasoya egg roll wraps, 21 wraps
    * Olive Oil, 1 cup

Directions

Cook Ground turkey. grate carrots and turnip set in a bowl mixed together. After draining turkey add tho carrots and turnip. mix together. wrap a 1/4 cup into an egg roll wrap. seal edge with water. fry with olive oil.
