    3.5 C Raisin Bran
    1 can Pumpkin 15 0z
    1/4 c milk 1 percent
    2 eggs
    2 TBL Canola Oil
    1 cup Flour
    1/2 Cup brown Sugar
    2 TBL Baking Powder
    1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 Cup chopped walnuts


Blend all ingredients Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes in greased muffin pans. Makes 12 muffins.

  • Thanks so much for this recipe. I will definitely make it again!! Turned out very good. In my muffin tins it made about 16 though. But that is okay...less calories per muffin!! Will use for pre-run carbs. - 10/25/11

  • I had been looking for a raisin bran recipe and I just made this one (fresh pumpkin puree that I froze instead of canned). I also omitted the walnuts. Very good. I can't wait to see what my dh says! - 1/22/11
