    1 lb. hamburger

    1 medium onion, chopped

    3--15 oz. cans chili beans

    1--15 oz. can tomato sauce a small can tomato paste

    1-15 oz. can whole kernel corn

    2 cans Rotel

    1 1/2 cups water

    1 pkg. dry taco seasoning or ground cumin, chili pepper, salt, & pepper

    1--1 oz. pkg. dry ranch dressing mix.


Brown hamburger and onions. Transfer to the crockpot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream. (Not included in the nutritional info)
