Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1-1.5 pounds lean ground beef
    1 pound Velveeta Light cubed
    1 - 10 oz. can Ro*Tel Tomatoes drained
    1 small can sliced mushorroms or pieces and stems drained
    1- 10.75 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup red wine

    Baked Tostitos Dippers or other chips or vegetables for dipping

Directions

Season to taste and brown ground beef. Drain. Rinse if you wish to remove more fat. Add soup, drained mushrooms and drained ro*tel tomatoes. Mix thoroughly. Add cubed velveeta and red wine. Mix again, reduce heat to moderate simmer and cover. Stir frequently while cheese melts. When cheese is melted and it is heated through, serve with chips or veggies to your taste. Enjoy!
