Ingredients

    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup diced onions
    1-10 oz. frozen peas
    1 can white corn drained) ( shoepeg type)

    1 cup sugar ( I use Splenda)
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup salad oil

Directions

heat dressing- let cool
pour over veggies
refridge over night.

makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings
