    Pecans, 1 cup, halves
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Cooking Pears or Apples, fresh, 5 cup slices
    Butter, unsalted, .25 stick

    Cake Mix -Pillsbury Reduce Sugar Classic Yellow
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    *Canola Oil 1/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 medium


Melt butter in nonstick over safe skillet.
Add fruit, cinnamon and nuts.
Mix Cake according to package directions and spoon over fruit mixture.
Bake 35 minutes @ 325
Loosen edges and flip cake over unto serving platter
Make 18 servings
