Introduction

Ingredients

    Beef Roast (top round, rump roast, etc), 2.25 - 2.5 pounds
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    Red Wine, 5 fl oz
    Beef broth - i can
    Carrots, raw, 9 small (5-1/2" long), peel and cut into 2" to 3" sections
    Onions, raw, 1 small, sliced
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) cut into six sections each

Directions

Place roast in slow cooker. Pour wine over top of roast. Sprinkle onion on top. Place carrots and potatoes around raost and cover with cream of mushrrom soup and beef broth. Place lid on slow cooker. Turn on to "low" setting. Cook 8 hours. Serve with a romaine lettuce salad, Asparagus or broccoli for a complete meal.
