    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium sweet yellow pepper, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 cups chicken broth
    2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained (or 3 cups if you prefer to make your own)
    12 oz MorningStar Farms Meal Starters Grillers
    1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
    1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
    2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
    1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt


Place all ingredients in 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through. Yield: 10 (1 cup) servings

Can also be made on the stove, heat everything until warmed through.
