Ingredients

    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Honeysuckle White Boneless Ground Turkey Breast , 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) diced
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) diced
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced
    Lentils, 2 cup cooked or canned
    Basil, 5 leaves chopped
    salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 3 dash
    Barilla Plus Rotini 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped

Directions

Saute garlic, onions, carrots and turkey in large pot until the onions are translucent. Add celery, stock, water tomatoes, lentils, peppers, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add pasta and simmer for 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 -1 1/2 cup servings
