Ingredients

    Better than Bouillon Vegetable base
    4 medium carrots
    half of a large yam
    small onion
    1 tsp grated ginger root
    1 clove grated garlic
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    2-3 cups of water

    ~I add cayenne pepper for a nice kick!~

Directions

Bring water to a boil and add bouillon.
Dice onion, carrot, yam and add to pot.
Grate garlic and ginger and then use a hand blender to puree everything to a smooth soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
