Introduction

I love imitation crab and because my crab cakes never stick together, they usually just come out as piles. I love imitation crab and because my crab cakes never stick together, they usually just come out as piles.

Ingredients

    2 lbs imitation crab meat
    1/3 c. mayo
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 egg
    dried dill
    mustard seeds
    1/4 c bread crumbs

Directions

mix all ingredients except bread crumbs. Make 9 approx 1 c. "piles" on a cookie sheet. sprinkle each with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for about 20-30min.
