    3 eggs
    2tsp Pet milk
    dash lemon pepper
    1/4 cup red peppers (chopped)
    1/4 cup green peppers (chopped)
    2tsp chopped onions
    1/4 cup chives
    1/4 cup Kraft Mexican cheese

Directions

Chop the vegetables. Beat the eggs in a bowl, and then add the chopped vegetables and cheese gradually, while stirring. Heat the skillet first and allow to get hot. Spray the skillet with 0 calorie spray. When the skillet is hot, pour the mix in. Allow to brown on one side, and fold over halfway.
