Introduction

Easy, filling, tasty, no fat, no carb. Easy, filling, tasty, no fat, no carb.

Ingredients

    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Carrots, crinkle cut, frozen, 1 package
    Okra, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    Wylers Beef Bouillion Cubes, 4 servings
    Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can
    4 clove garlic, diced, or to taste
    2 quarters water

Directions

Dump all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low all night, or high for 5-6 hours. You can add meat or carb, if you like, but it is tasty, as is, and guilt free.
