Ingredients

    Jimmy Dean Sausage
    Eggs (3 large)
    Egg substitute (2 cup)
    Onion (.5 cup chopped)
    Wheat Bread (4 pieces cut into cubes)
    Mushrooms (1.25 cup chopped)
    dry mustard, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Cook sausage, crumble, rinse the grease out. Then mix the toasted bread crumbs with all the other ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 pan and pop it in the over for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
