Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces (or Ham Steaks) recipe is configured for chicken.
Approx. 3/4 cup of orange juice. Or if you don't have any, you can use the juice from the pineapple.
1 can of Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice
2 TBS FLEISCHMANN'S Olive Oil Vegetable Oil Spread (with Sea Salt)
2 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
A couple of dashes of Ground clove (to your taste)
    Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Put the OJ, margarine, clove, and s & p, in frying pan and REDUCE---until it gets kind of thick an syrupy.

Once its thick, add the meat and fruit, and continue to sautee (on pretty high heat) until it gets golden brown and chicken is cooked through.

I like mine REALLY brown....

This is yummy served with brown rice. However, we usually eat it like an appetizer.
