Ingredients

    1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    2 tbsp water
    handful of basil leaves (preferably fresh if you have a plant)
    half a tablespoon (7.5 ml) olive oil of your choice

Directions

Makes enough for three servings. (unless you like to have your iceburg floating about in a sea of dressing)

1) Chop up basil in TV chef style: try to get really fine bits.
2) combine all ingredientss with a small whisk/ fork until the oil is distributed evenly.

Spoon ontop of a yummy salad :)
