Ingredients

    Kidney beans
    Ground turkey
    Celery
    Carrots
    Onions
    Garlic
    No sodium added canned tomatoes
    Low sodium chicken broth
    Hot peppers
    Cumin
    Black pepper
    Hot peppers
    Chili powder

Directions

Pan fried onions, carrots, celery for 5 minutes. Browned turkey meat in pan on med. Added all into crock pot and cooked for 4 hours on high, but wasn't cooked down enough for me so then cooked on low for about 5 hours. Extra spices added = cumin, black pepper, 1.5 hot peppers, chili powder
