And with all this casserole meat having been on special its perfect for these cold winter nights. freezes really well And is always much nice after a couple days of sitting to let the flavours mature

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs of Beef Steak ( Can be anything blade, gravy beef, crosscut, rump )
    2 onions
    MIX TOGETHER
    1 cup water
    2 T Flour
    1/2 Tspn Sugar
    1/2 Tspn Salt
    1 T Malt Vinegar
    1 Tspn Curry Powder
    1/2 Tspn mustard Powder
    1 T Worcester Sauce
    2 T Tomato Sauce
    Good pinch of Baking Soda

Directions

Chop meat up, chop onion .... add to casserole dish pour over liquid then add another cup of water and cook for 2-3 hrs in oven (350deg F 180 deg C) or all day in slow cooker. Makes 4 servings
