Ingredients

    1 T. margarine
    1 chopped onion
    3 potatoes, peeled & diced (~ 3 c.)
    2 c. sliced carrots
    salt & pepper to taste
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. 1% milk
    1 398 ml can creamed corn
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 c. leftover turkey, chopped

Directions

Melt margarine on med heat, cook onion til tender. Add carrots, celery seed, took til tender. Add broth, potatoes, turkey, corn, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, simmer ~ 15 - 20 min til veggies are tender. Add milk and parsley, head just til boiling. Mix cornstarch and water. Add to soup, stir and serve.
