Ingredients

    pumpkin seeds raw and soaked - 1C
    water - 2 TB
    lemon fuice fresh - 1 TB
    garlic clove crushed - 1/2 TS
    salt 1/4 TS
    cayenne pepper or Black pepper - dash
    red or green onion - 1 TB
    dill weed fresh minced - 2TS


Directions

2 SERVINGS:
place pumpkin seeds, water, lemon juice, salt and cayenne in food processor and process to a paste. scrape side of bowl.
Transfer to a bowl. Stir in onion and dill. Mix well & store sealed in refrigerator.
