Ingredients

    6 Lasagna noodles, cooked per package
    McCormick Creamy Garlic Alfredo mix
    1 cup milk
    3 tbsp. country crock
    11 oz. Jennie o turkey ham, cubed
    2 1/2 cups broccoli florets, slightly thawed
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. italian seasoning

Directions

Make Alfredo sauce according to package directions. Mix cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, and seasoning and set aside. Lightly spray a loaf pan and spread a spoonful of sauce on bottom. Layer 1 1/2 noodles in bottom of pan (noodle cut in half length-wise). Top with 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 of broccoli, 1/3 of ham, and 1/4 of sauce. Repeat layers until filling is gone. Top with last 1/4 of sauce and 1/4 cup mozzarella.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes---removing foil for last 15 min.
