Ingredients

    Zucchini, unpeeled, 1 large, 5 to 6 oz
    Potato, unpeeled, 1 large
    Venison- Roasted, 12 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh ,0.75 cup, approx. 4 to 5 large
    Peppers, red, about .25 of a pepper
    Peppers, yellow, about .25 of a pepper
    Onions, half of a small one
    leek, one inch of bulb and about .25 cup of the greens
    Egg, fresh, 2 large, beaten
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Ground Cayenne Pepper, 0.50 tsp
    Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal, ground, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Seeds, hulled, 2 tsp

Directions

Food process everything but egg and place in mixing bowl. Add garlic powder, W- sauce, fresh thyme, cayenne pepper, flax and sesame seeds and the beaten eggs and mix well with hands. Drain off excess liquid by pressing mixture over sink. Continue to pour off liquid as you work. Form 7 patties onto wax paper sheets. Season with salt free steak seasoning. Coat pan with Pam or use a little olive oil. Place pancakes directly into frying pan from wax paper. Do not flip until thoroughly browned on first side. *Reduce or eliminate cayenne pepper if you don't like it spicy.
Makes 7 -5 oz pancakes
