Ingredients

    1 c boiling water
    1/3 c cornmeal

    1/4 c warm water
    1 packet yeast

    2 c AP flour
    1/2 tbsp salt
    2 tsp EVOO



Directions

Add boiling water to cornmeal and let sit 5-10 min.
Dissolve yeast in warm water, let sit 5 min

Combine cornmeal mixture, flour, and salt. Add yeast and oil. Let rise 1 hour.

Makes 4 10x6" flatbreads.
