Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 lbs lean pork shoulder roast (like a picnic roast)
    5-6 whold cloves
    2 red onions sliced, thin
    2 c water
    1 16oz bottle favorite BBQ Sauce ( I like Kraft Hickory Smoke flavor)

    8 to 10 rolls (or hamburger buns)
    1 C prepared Coleslaw
    Dill Pickels

Directions

Stud Pork Roast with Whole cloves. Place in slow cooker top with sliced onions and water. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork, discard cloves, and liquid from pot. Shred pork and return to crock pot, add bottle of BBQ Sauce. Re-cover and heat on high an additional 1-2 hours.

Assemble sandwichs as desired.

1 bun, 1/2 cup bbq pork, 2 dill pickles, 1/4 or less of coleslaw, top with bun top. Serve with baked fries or tater tots.
