2 cans chicken
2 cups sliced carrots
2 celery stalks
1 cup brown rice
2 cup chicken broth
1/2 lg sweet onion
2 cup water
3 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper if desired
Directions
Add all ingredients into crock pot, cook on High for 1 hr, then low or keep warm as long as you want. Makes 10 two cup servings.
