    Banana, cinnamon, cream


Mix flour and sugar
Add milk
Heat until thick and bubbly
Beat eggs, add a cup of hot mixture slowly to in
then add the eggs back to rest of milk, cook, stirring for a few minutes until eggs cooked. Chill.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, make this in winter.
Go outside and get some snow and ice, to fill a pot big enough to fit bowl in. Add lots of cheap sea or kosher salt. Stir. Stick outside, until starting to freeze. Stir. repeat until you get ice cream.
Serving size is a cup or so.
