This has to be one of my favourite salad dressings. Actually I don't think I will ever buy store-bought dressings ever again! Ingredients

1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup olive oil
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp oregano
Directions
1. Combine garlic, egg, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender and blend.
2. Slowly add 1 cup olive oil to the blender while blending.
3. Add 1/2 to 1 cup Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon oregano.
