Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Artichoke Hearts, canned, 1.5 cup
Green Chiles, dices, danned, 8 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Hot Pepper Sauce, .25 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Combine mayo and yogurt in medium bowl, stirring until smooth. Add artichoke hearts and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish (I usually use a glass pie pan) coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25 minutes.
Spring with additional parmesan cheese. Broil 5.5 inches away from heat (with oven door slightly opened) for 1.5 minutes or until ightly browned.
