Introduction
It is a very different twist on a PB&J! It sounds terrible but once you have tried it you may find that it addicting! Shredded carrots also goes well with this sandwich. Ingredients

2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread
2 Tablespoons Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Cucumber Slices with Peel (Can add more or less cucumber)
*Shredded Carrots (Optional) ** This is not included in the nutritional information.
Directions
1.) Spread half of the peanut butter on one slice or bread and spread the remaining peanut butter on the other slice of bread.
2.) Assemble the cucumber slices on one slice of bread and top with the other slice of bread.
3.) Enjoy!
