    15 oz can pumpkin
    12 oz can evaporated milk
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 slices diet wheat bread
    5 tbsp flour (I use half white/half wheat)
    8 pkts Truvia sweetener (can also use Splenda)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


Put all ingredients into blender, then blend until smooth. Spray pie plate with non-stick spray, pour in mixture and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

**Can lighten recipe further by using nonfat evaporated milk.
