Ingredients

13.25 oz box whole wheat elbow pasta
2 slice applewood bacon
18 oz chicken breast cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
3 cups skim milk
2/3 cup campbells 98% fat free cream mushroom soup, undiluted
6 oz 2% milk mozzarella cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill
1 tsp salt
4 ounces 2% milk colby jack cheese
Directions
cook pasta to directions
cook bacon to crisp, remove from pan, add chicken to bacon fat cook til done. finely chop bacon
melt butter on large saucepan
add flour cook 2 minutes whisking constantly
combine soup and milk
slowly add milk and soup to pan
bring to boil while whisking.
cook 2 minutes til thick
remove from heat add mozzarella and seasoning
combine pasta and chicken with cheese sauce
pour into sprayed 13 x 9 pan
top with bacon and jack cheese
put under broiler for 3 minutes until cheese melts
