Introduction
This something I made when I wanted a pulled pork sandwich, but didn't have any pork thawed out. The chicken turned out great - very flavorful and moist! Ingredients

6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (small)
1/2 C Ketchup
1/2 C Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 C Cider Vinegar
1 Packet Slow Cooker Pulled Pork seasoning mix
2 tsp Liquid Smoke
Directions
Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, seasoning mix, and liquid smoke. Pour on top of chicken breasts. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, depending on your cooker.
I served ours on buns, but that is not calculated in the calorie count. This could also be used on top of pizza crust, along with some extra BBQ sauce, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese for a great BBQ Chicken Pizza!
