    Birds Eye Baby God and White Corn, Frozen 1 bag
    1 egg
    Fat Free half and half 1 cup
    Butter 3 tbsp, melted
    1/2 cup of whole wheat saltines

Directions

Mix together and bake for about an hour at 350 degrees.
