Ingredients

    1 package (1.34 oz.) Great Value Sugar Free French Vanilla Instant Pudding
    1 teaspoon of Ground cinnamond
    1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves
    2 cups of Silk Almond Milk Unsweetened Original
    1 cup of solid pack pumpkin
    24 Ginger Snaps
    8 2 tablespoon squirts of Reddi-wip Fat Free Whipped cream

Directions

Mix spices with the pudding mix in a medium bowl ..whisk in the almond milk until thickened somewhat...add the pumpkin and whisk into the pudding. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with 3 Ginger Snaps and a two tablespoon squirt of Fat Free Whipped Cream on top. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
