Introduction

Ingredients

    1 19oz can of Black Beans
    1 19oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 Package of Maple Leaf Grilled Turkey Breast Strips
    1 cup of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    2 cups of mixed diced green peppers, red peppers, red onion
    2 cups of water
    Seasoning to taste (I use garlic, pepper, and no-salt)

Directions

Throw everything in a crockpot, turn on low for about 4hrs. Makes 6 one cup servings.
