Directions
This is a double batch.
Cinnamon streusel: 2/3 cup Bisquick, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 4 tablespoons firm butter softened. Mix cinnamon streusel and set aside. Mix rest of ingredients (4 cups Bisquick, 1.33 cups milk, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 eggs). I like to divide the Bisquick mixture into single batches, pouring 1 batch into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Crumble 1/2 of cinnamon streusel topping over Bisquick mixture. Pour remaining Bisquick mixture and crumble remaining streusel topping. In other words I am layering Bisquick, streusel, Bisquick, streusel. Bake at least 20 minutes until done all the way through with a toothpick stuck in the middle. Serves 8. Serve warm.
